Is there fragrance or scent in your products?
No! We do not add fragrance or scent to any of our products. The natural ingredients give a light natural smell, with a hint of honey.
Where are your products made?

What kind of manuka honey do you use?
All our products contain UMF 12-16+ manuka honey. The UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) rating is a quality and purity standard for manuka honey, indicating its potency and authenticity. It measures the concentration of key natural compounds like methylglyoxal (MGO), which gives manuka honey its unique qualities.
Are your products cruelty free? Are they tested on animals?
All of our products and ingredients are cruelty free, except our Whipped Tallow Balm which is made from grass-fed beef tallow.
What is the shelf life of your products?
All our products have the expiration date printed on the bottom of the packaging.
Can your cream be used on baby's skin? Isn't honey bad for babies?
Yes you can use our cream safely on babies. We recommended that you do a sensitivity/allergy test and apply our cream on a small area on the baby's underarm, before liberal application. Although our cream absorbs very fast, you should make sure that your baby doesn't ingest it (most pediatricians advise that babies don't ingest honey for the first 12 months).
Does your cream leave a residue? Is it greasy?
No it is not greasy at all. It is very light and absorbs quickly.
Can I use your cream on my face?
Yes! Our aloe vera base (first ingredient) and the pH balance (5.5 to match your skin's pH) make it wonderful for your face.
Is your cream good for oily skin, acne or sensitive skin?
Yes! Our cream is made primarily of aloe vera (the first ingredient), is non-greasy, and is pH balanced to match your skin at 5.5 - that means it won't dry it out or remove your natural oils. It makes it excellent for sensitive skin types.

They're built on the same aloe-first, manuka honey base, because it's the base we trust. Each one is made for a different job. The Eczema & Psoriasis Cream is for skin that feels dry, itchy and rough. The Manuka Honey Cream is a rich everyday moisturizer for dry, sensitive skin. The Face Cream is a 2oz size made for your face. All three are moisturizers, not a treatment for a medical condition.
Can I use your shampoo on color treated hair?
Yes! Our shampoo & conditioner is safe to use on color treated hair.
